If you or your guests have any food allergies, fruit sensitivities, seed sensitivities, honey allergies, or dietary restrictions, please inform us before booking or before your event. We will do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible. 

 Cross-Contact Disclaimer: While we take care in preparing and serving our juices, Juicey Quartz operates in a shared mobile food service environment and cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact. Ingredients may be prepared, stored, or served using shared equipment and workspaces. Guests with severe allergies should use their own discretion and contact us in advance before consuming our products.

 Mobile Service Disclaimer: Truck-side service is subject to safe and legal parking, venue access, weather conditions, and local event regulations. If direct truck access is limited or not permitted, Juicey Quartz may require an adjusted service setup or off-truck service arrangement. Weather & Outdoor Event Disclaimer For outdoor events, service may be affected by weather, ground conditions, or unsafe operating environments. Juicey Quartz reserves the right to adjust, delay, or modify service if necessary for safety, equipment protection, or event logistics. 

 Travel Distance Disclaimer: Juicey Quartz travels within Buffalo city limits for events located within 20 miles of 2200 Main Street, Buffalo, New York. Events outside of this service area may be subject to an additional travel fee. Longer-distance bookings, special event locations, or venues with unique access requirements may require a custom quote. 

 Additional Guest & Service Adjustment Disclaimer Package pricing is based on the guest count and service time selected at booking. Additional guests beyond the selected package will be charged at the applicable per-person rate. If guest count increases significantly or requires added product volume, staffing, or service time, additional charges may apply.

 Liability Disclaimer: By booking Juicey Quartz Mobile Juicery, the client acknowledges that our beverages are made with fresh, natural ingredients that may affect individuals differently. Juicey Quartz is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects when allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions were not disclosed before service.
